He has a Masters of Science from Helsinki University, and is on the steering committee of RMIT Forward and Melbourne University's Centre for AI and Digital Ethics (CAIDE).

Ken is known for his ability to solve the most important and complex challenges and to transform companies and organisations. His experience spans commercial and customer value management, large deal negotiation, regulation, pricing, analytics, product development, as well as economic and financial modelling. Ken has extensive experience in government policy development and advocacy, having worked in the private sector, government, public policy, consulting and regulatory bodies. Ken has a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws from Melbourne University and a Masters in Regulatory Economics from Australian National University.

Thao has over 15 years of experience in strategy development and implementation, strategic and business planning, commercial financial analysis, and management. Areas of strategic experience including long term growth strategy, product strategy, strategic planning, and business improvement. Passionate about helping businesses to deliver results, and helping people to perform to the best. Thao brings deep knowledge of the ICT and Telecom sector and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Woolongong, and an MBA from Macquarie University.

Paul brings 25 years of experience in tackling the toughest business challenges in large and small organisations. He has worked across telco, banking, energy and government and is energised by solving the most difficult and important challenges. Paul's expertise has been honed in consulting, corporate strategy and roles in finance, pricing, commercial & sales operations as well as large scale operational process and system change programs. Paul has a degree in physics from Oxford, and a PhD in Physics from Bristol University.
